Disability benefit specialist services currently are available at Aging and Disability Resource Centers in 60 of Wisconsin's 72 counties.  Find a disability benefit specialist in your county of residence.

The following counties do not yet offer disability benefit specialist services at an Aging and Disability Resource Center: Adams, Dane, Door, Florence,  Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, Oneida, Rock, Shawano, Taylor, and Vilas.

If you are deaf, hard of hearing or deafblind and need help with your benefits, you may opt to contact the Deaf Disability Benefit Specialist at the Office for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

Enrolled tribal members who live on or near a reservation may opt to work with a tribal benefit specialist through the Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Council.

No services available in your county?  If there are no disability benefit specialist services available in your county at this time, please stay tuned for updates.  The Disability Benefit Specialist program is in the process of statewide expansion.  If you need help with an issue related to your benefits, you may contact Disability Benefit Specialist Program Manager at the Department of Health Services for help in locating alternative resources in your area.
