Enrollment Date

You cannot get benefits until the agency gets your application (either online at ACCESS.wi.gov, by mail, in person or phone) and you have met all program rules. The earliest enrollment day will be the first of the month that a completed and signed application is received by the agency. In some cases, you may be able to get backdated coverage.
