Emergency Services Plan

This plan provides short term coverage for people who have an emergency medical condition and meet all program rules except for their immigration status.

A medical emergency is a problem which could put your health at risk if you did not get medical care right away. Emergency Services will only pay for health care you get for an emergency medical condition.

Please Note: The Emergency Services plan does not guarantee the care you get will be paid. You will have to pay the cost of health care you get, if it is not considered an emergency.
