HealthCheck is a preventive health check-up plan for anyone under the age of 21 who is currently enrolled in BadgerCare Plus or Medicaid. HealthCheck providers will teach you and your child how to lower the risk of serious illness and help find health problems early, before they get worse.

HealthCheck meets the physical exam rules for Head Start, Child Care, WIC and school physicals. Your child may also be able to get certain services not normally paid for by BadgerCare Plus through a HealthCheck exam.
