|On December 26, 2013, the Office of Management and Budget
Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit
Requirements for Federal Awards,” which supersedes and
streamlines OMB Circulars A-21, A-87, A-102, A-110, A-122, and
A-133. This guidance will be effective on December 26, 2014.
The federal administrative requirements detail standards for
administration of federal grants,
which the department has also adopted for use of state funds.
OMB Circular A-102, Grants and Cooperative Agreements With State and Local Governments
