  • Government Information Value Exchange for States (GIVES) is a collaborative state government health care focus group resulting in the sharing of information through a clearinghouse highway and providing a forum for discussing and resolving HIPAA issues. Membership is limited to state and local government agencies. State sponsored or affiliated agencies may also apply for membership, as well as Medicaid fiscal agents.
