2013 Objectives

Objectives

The Early Childhood Systems objectives support two initiatives: Wisconsin Healthiest Families and Keeping Kids Alive. 

1. Wisconsin Healthiest Families

This initiative focuses on networks of services addressing family supports, child development, mental health, and safety and injury prevention. (see the definitions page for more details.)

How can I include children with special health care needs in my objective work? (PDF, 34 KB) If you are a local public health department working on this initiative, there are partners within the Wisconsin Title V Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs Program who can help. 

2. Keeping Kids Alive

This objective includes Child Death Review and Fetal Infant Mortality Review.  (see the definitions page for more detail)
