On January 1, 2013, the Department of Health Services contracted
with a new managed care organization (MCO) to provide Family Care services in Eau Claire, Chippewa, Dunn, Pierce and St. Croix
Counties.
Southwest Family Care
Alliance (exit DHS) is the new MCO for
this region. If members, guardians, or providers have questions about
