Aging and Disability Resource Center staff help Medicare
beneficiaries every day. The following three-part training is
designed to provide an introduction to Medicare Part A, Part B, Part C
and Part D, in addition to Medicare Cost Savings Plans.
Motivational Interviewing is a person-centered directive method of
communication for enhancing intrinsic motivation to change by exploring
and resolving ambivalence. This series of webcasts feature Debra
Murray, Ph.D., from Viterbo University and Maurine Strickland from the
Office for Resource Center Development, and can be accessed through the

- Abuse of Individuals at Risk
This webcast provides key information for staff working with older
adults and adults with disabilities. The presentation contains
helpful information about what abuse is, warning signs and how to
connect with the reporting system. This webcast features Jane
Raymond and Alice Page from the Office on Aging and Maurine Strickland
from the Office for Resource Center Development.
