Access to Restrooms
2009 Wisconsin Act 198
For persons with certain medical
conditions, Wisconsin Act 198 requires access to toilet facilities in a
retail establishment, immunity from civil liability related to use of the
toilet facilities, and providing penalties. Eligible medical conditions
include inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, or any other
medical condition that periodically requires immediate access to a toilet
facility.
