SSDI/SSI Workload Repayment
The Department will continue to collaborate with other
states in developing a demonstration project with the US Department of
Health and Human Services (DHHS) to recoup funding lost by systemic
errors in the Social Security Administration (SSA) method for
determining eligibility for federal disability benefits.
