My artwork is accepted, what do I need to do?

Read the following checklists, forms and requirements, and complete prior to bringing your artwork to be displayed.

• Art Display Checklist (PDF, 96 KB)
• State of Wisconsin Art Exhibit Protection Memorandum (DOA-6414) (PDF, 36 KB) - you do not need to provide an itemized inventory list of the artwork values as it has already been collected on your F-00205 worksheet

• Map: 1 West Wilson Street (Exit DHS)
• Map: Parking near 1 West Wilson Street (Exit DHS)

Where will my art be displayed?

Contact Natalie Massey, Facilities Management Specialist, natalie.massey@wi.gov, (608) 261-8333, to find out where your artwork will be displayed.

• Display Cabinet - Located on the first floor near the central elevator lobby.
• Wall Displays - Located on floors 2B, 1B, 6th and 7th floors.
