"My name is Christina Rogers. A native of Wisconsin, I recently relocated
to the San Diego Area.
I studied both at UW Whitewater and at the Academy of Art University in
San Francisco, CA. After working extensively both in front of, and behind
the camera, I pride myself on having an eye for moments. As an artist, I
am appreciative of art in daily life, and especially of drama. Drama is
where the spectacle of action and feelings particularly excites. Most of
my photos are caught purely because I take my camera everywhere with
I view my world as if permanently through a lens. I love those moments
that occur naturally, yet end so quickly. It would be as if they never
existed had I not captured it on film.
My purpose in photography is to do just that: bring instants and
memories to light for the world to enjoy. I like to remind my audience
that the universe is good and loving even through the most trying times.
