Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) - Guiding Documents
Chapter DHS 36 (Exit DHS), Wisconsin Administrative Code, Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) was written to make it possible for CCS programs to evolve as improvements in practices occur and as each county has experience with this program. This evolution is made possible by the use of language that can be interpreted to reflect current promising practices and local circumstances.
The Department of Health Services (DHS) is committed to providing clarifications so that the preparation of applications can be based upon the intentions of the Department.
These Guiding Documents were created in 2006 and are a way of providing information that is sufficiently detailed or complex that it requires more attention than a response in a Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) format.
