Birth to 3 Program

Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Council (exit DHS): Assures Native American children and their families, who might be eligible for early intervention services are connected with a county Birth to Three Program in their area.

RESource: RESource staff are responsible for assisting state staff in technical assistance and monitoring of county Birth to 3 Programs. They participate in and co-facilitate county program reviews and provide ongoing technical assistance for county Birth to 3 programs in their designated regions. RESource provides county programs a liaison to state staff to disseminate information and assist in program implementation.

Wisconsin Personnel Development Project (exit DHS): Addresses the need for well-qualified early intervention service providers. The Project offers a wide range of educational opportunities for parents, service providers, program managers, including statewide and regional workshops, parent leadership activities, a video lending library, and technical assistance for Birth to 3 programs.
