2013 Federal Part C Grant Application

A Part C Grant Application is completed each year by the Department of Health Services' Birth to 3 Program to be submitted to the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP). The Application is completed in order to receive a grant award under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2013 funds that OSEP anticipates will become available to states on July 1, 2013.
