Client Rights Specialist Training

We have four modules you need to review, with quizzes at the end of each. When you have completed all four modules, you will be given access to a screen where you can print out a numbered Certificate of Achievement* stating that you have completed this training.

First, though, you need an ID allowing you access to this training.  If you already have a state-approved ID, you may log onto the training now.

However, if you need an ID, go to this page: https://on.wisconsin.gov/WAMS/home

There, you can obtain a Web Access Management System (WAMS) ID, allowing you access to certain training offered by our department. Follow the instructions on that site.

When you have an ID and want to take the training, log onto: https://connect.wisconsin.gov/dhsdmhsasclientrights/event/registration_login.html

You do not have to complete all of the training at once.  You can do a module or two and come back later to finish it.

If you have any problems with the system, email the training designer or call 608-266-9369.

[*Note: Receiving a Certificate of Achievement that you have completed CRS training means only that you have completed the training.  It does not automatically entitle you to investigate client rights issues unless  you also have access to those clients as part of your employment duties to the provider.]

Thank you for your interest in this training.
