Client Rights Specialist Training with Certificate

We have four modules you need to review, with quizzes at the end of each. When you have completed all four modules, you will be given access to a screen where you can print out a numbered Certificate of Completion* stating that you have completed this training.

To sign in to this certificate training, you will need a Web Access Management System (WAMS) ID. If you have a WAMS ID, you may log onto the training now.

If you do not have a WAMS ID, go to this page: https://on.wisconsin.gov/WAMS/home to sign up to obtain an ID.

To take the training: Client Rights Specialist Training with certificate of completion.

You do not have to complete all of the training at once. You can complete a module or two and come back later to finish it.

If you have any problems with the system, email the training designer or call 608-266-9369.

* Receiving a Certificate of Completion means only that you have completed the training. It does not automatically entitle you to investigate or decide client rights grievances. To utilize this training you need to be employed in this capacity.

Thank you for your interest in this training.
