Let Your Voice Be Heard!
Participate in improving the
health of Wisconsin’s mothers, children and families by taking a few minutes to review
information about the Maternal and Child Health Program and provide your
ideas, comments and concerns.
Why Do We Need Your Input?
Every year, as part of the annual Title V MCH Block
Grant Application,
Wisconsin
is required to solicit comments from any person during its development and
after its transmittal. This includes input received from key partners such
as local public health departments, the MCH Advisory Committee and
parents, especially parents of children and youth with special health care
needs, as well as providing additional opportunities for anyone in the
public to comment. We want to involve individuals like yourself by asking
for your input and will carefully consider all input received as next
year’s application is developed.
How Can You Help?
Please review the current application and submit
ideas, comments and concerns between November 1st and April 1st
. Whether you want to comment
specifically on the MCH Block Grant and related activities or you want to
comment more generally on the needs of mothers, children and families,
your interest and willingness to provide input is appreciated!
