Enforcement and penalty for not reporting required data

Pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 254.30, the Department of Health Services may report violations of this chapter to the district attorney of the county in which the violation occurred for enforcement action.  Penalties range from $100 to $1000.  Each day of continued violation constitutes a separate offense.
