Updates DSL Info Memos 96-01, 96-11, 97-13, 97-14
This numbered memo updates and replaces the DSL - INFO Memos #96-01
dated January 16, 1996, #96-11 dated January 2, 1997, #97-13 dated July
1, 1997, and #97-14 dated August 28, 1997. These memos detailed the
Wisconsin policies and procedures for implementing the federal PASARR
requirements, the contact information for the PASARR contract agency and
list of the County PASARR Liaisons. This memo does not detail any
changes in policies or procedures, however, this memo does provide
additional information related to other nursing home admission
requirements.
