Please Note: To apply for the BadgerCare Plus Core Plan,
you must apply online at access.wi.gov or by calling the Enrollment Services Center
at 1-800-291-2002 (voice) or 711 (TTY).
Your local agency as well as other community organizations across Wisconsin are available to help you enroll.
You can get information about benefits and help completing the application at the community organizations listed below.
The organizations listed below can help you with filing your application. They cannot help you with questions about an existing case.
If you are currently enrolled in a program, please contact your local
agency with questions.
