FSQC and MEQC/PERM Updates

Agencies who want to update the Agency Contact Information for:

• FSQC (FoodShare Quality Control),
• MEQC (Medicaid Eligibility Quality Control)/PERM (Payment Error Rate Measurement), or
• File Coordination

should send us an email.  Please include whether the person is a primary or backup contact for each of the above and include the name, phone number, fax number and email address for each contact.
