Certifications and Registration Approvals
To ensure a safe food supply, Food Safety and
Recreational Licensing requires that managers of food service operations
become certified in food safety. The chemicals used to kill bacteria in
our restaurants, groceries, and dairies must be rigorously tested before
being approved as both safe and effective sanitizers.
