This is a basic on-line breastfeeding program that includes a book along with 6 months' access to the website. The website includes many videos, printouts and web-links. The information is similar to that covered during our breastfeeding class. This is an option for women who prefer self-paced, individual learning or for women who attend breastfeeding class but would like to reinforce and review the information that is covered in class.

In order to assure proper connection to this online class and to answer any questions you may have, please call the New Life Education Office to register; or you can buy the book at the Center for Women on the 4th floor of the Onalaska Clinic.

Medication Mondays is a free community service designed to help adults and older adults self-administer medications. During a 20 minute appointment with an Aspirus pharmacist, attendees can ask questions about medication uses and side effects, how to organize or take medications, how to reduce medication costs, and other questions related to their medications. Also, each participant will receive a current and understandable list of his or her medications.

Special information: Eligible participants are any adult or older adult who have questions or concerns about self-administered medications.

  • Intercambio Language Exchange
    A language/culture exchange where people can gather to practice English or Spanish-language skills. Native English-speakers learning Spanish are paired with native Spanish-speakers learning English for a bicultural exchange.
