Wisconsin Comprehensive Cancer Control Plan
The vision of the Wisconsin Comprehensive Cancer Control Program (Wisconsin CCC
Program) was created through a unique partnership model between UW Comprehensive
Cancer Center and the Wisconsin Division of Public Health.
The two organizations first came together through the Wisconsin Cancer
Council in the early 1980's. These partners continued to collaborate in 2002 to
secure the planning grant from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to develop the Wisconsin
Comprehensive Cancer Control Plan 2005-2010 (Wisconsin CCC Plan).
Currently, the Wisconsin CCC Program and its partners are working to develop the
Wisconsin Comprehensive Cancer Control Plan 2010-2015.
