Listed below are information and references to address physical activity and nutrition in specific sites or settings within the community setting.

Aspects of a Faith-Based intervention are incorporated within the Eating Smart and Moving More Planning Guide for Faith Communities (PDF, 12 MB) created by North Carolina's Nutrition and Physical Activity Program.

The Eat Smart, Move More program contains a number of components, including planning and coordinating resources, assessment and evaluation tools and  program materials and samples. Listed below are specific chapters and resources from the kit.
