The Wisconsin Department of Health Services/Division of Public Health
announces the release of approximately $210,000 in funding through the
Local Implementation of the Wisconsin Nutrition and Physical Activity
State Plan Grant. The funding is provided through a cooperative agreement
with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
A Notice of Intent to apply is recommended but not required and should
be received by 4:00 p.m. on June 11, 2010.
All completed proposals must be received by the Department no later
than 4:00 p.m. on July 9, 2010.
