  • Health Risk Assessment - Real Age is an interactive web tool that assesses your health based on an extensive interview and then provides you with a personalized plan to feel younger and a list of what’s making you younger or older.
  • Return on Investment Calculator for Worksite Wellness - Use the calculator to project the impact of evidence-based wellness programs on health care costs, productivity, and absenteeism at your worksite.

  • Alliance for a Healthier Generation - Tools and information created by a partnership between the American Heart Association and the William J. Clinton Foundation that joined together to fight  childhood obesity.
  • BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) calculator - Calculate how many calories you burn per day 
  • Healthy Schools Product Navigator - Use this free tool to create a shopping list of foods from companies that have agreed to produce and sell products to schools that meet the Alliance For a Healthier Generation healthy snack guidelines.
  • Make Your Calories Count - Make Your Calories Count is an interactive learning program that provides consumers with information to help plan a healthful diet while managing calorie intake. The exercises will help consumers use the food label to make decisions about which food choice is right for them.
  • Menu Planner - An interactive menu planner designed to guide daily food and meal choices based on your daily calorie allowance. For directions on how to use the Menu Planner, click on About the Menu Planner.
  • My Pyramid Tracker (Diet Analysis) - The online dietary assessment provides information on your diet quality, related nutrition messages, and links to nutrient information.
  • Nutrition Facts Label Brochure - A color brochure with information about how to read and what to look for in food labels.

  • The Worksite Wellness Resource Kit (PDF, 331 KB) is a tool to assist worksites with implementing strategies that have been proven to be effective.  The kit provides information to implement a broad range of strategies or programming: some will require very little or no resources while other strategies may require considerable resources.  The kit shows you ways to get started and make a difference in the health of your employees, regardless of the size of your worksite and its available resources.
