Request for Proposals to Operate as a Managed Care Organization

On June 2, 2011, the Department of
Health Services (DHS) issued a request for proposals from entities
seeking certification by the Department to contract as a managed
care organization for the delivery of long-term care to elders and
adults with disabilities residing in Kenosha and Racine Counties.
Entities interested in responding to this RFP must register for
VendorNet (exit DHS) and follow the instructions
there for responding to the Official Sealed Bid, Agency Bid Number
#1720-DLTC-JB.
