Birth to 3 Program Benchmark Plan
The Department will implement a benchmark benefit plan
for children who are currently in the Birth to 3 program. The plan will
allow the state to leverage federal funding for certain services,
maximizing the investment currently made by the state and counties in
Birth to 3 services.
