Chapter HFS 36 Comprehensive Community Services for Persons with Mental Disorders and Substance-Use Disorders
Chapter HFS 36, WI Administrative Code, Comprehensive Community Services was developed in 2004 in conjunction with an advisory committee composed
of representatives of a number of stakeholder groups.
Stakeholders included adult consumers of mental health and substance abuse services, family members of consumers of services for children and adolescents,
representatives of Wisconsin County Human Service Association (WCHSA), providers of mental health and substance abuse services, advocates and State staff.
The rule became effective on November 1, 2004.
