Reasonable accommodation requests need to be made four weeks in advance of the teleconference.
You may register for any teleconference at the
NEW
Teleconference Registration site (exit DHS).
If you have already registered for future teleconferences
using the former Wisline registration system, you do not need to
register again for those teleconferences. Please register for any new
teleconferences you would like to attend that you have not previously
registered for. For registration
questions call telephone: (608) 261-6743.
Reminders for a successful teleconference:
- Call (877) 820-7831 before 11:00 a.m. and enter the passcode 107633#, when prompted.
- Put your phone on mute. Background noise is heard by all and makes it hard to hear the speaker.
(You will need to un-mute your phone to
ask a question. Please avoid extraneous sounds at this time.)
- Observe client confidentiality guidelines.
- When finished, please fill out the online teleconference evaluation. (exit DHS)
- Certificates of participation for the teleconference are mailed twice a year, for those participants who completed evaluations, usually in
January and July.
