Partner Communications and Alerting (PCA) Portal

The PCA Portal serves as a secure resource for Wisconsin's public health preparedness and response community, providing:

  • Resources for state and local public health preparedness and response programs
  • Directory of public health emergency preparedness and response partners
  • Statewide and local public health alerting capacity

The PCA Portal is intended for local health department staff and other emergency preparedness partners that participate in public health preparedness and response programs and activities.

Local health officers and health care facility staff should encourage their public health preparedness staff to request access to the PCA Portal.

Administrators at the Division of Public Health will grant users access.
