Partner Communications and Alerting (PCA) PortalThe PCA Portal serves as a secure resource for Wisconsin's public health preparedness and response community providing:
The PCA Portal is intended for local health department staff and other emergency preparedness partners that participate in public health preparedness and response programs and activities. Local health officers and health care facility staff should encourage their public health preparedness staff to request access to the PCA Portal. Administrators at the Division of Public Health will grant users access.
How to Register for the PCA PortalYou will need a WILMS account (Wisconsin Logon Management System) to access the PCA Portal. To request access to the PCA Portal, simply send a PCA access request email (no additional information needed). We will use your email address to initiate the registration process. You will receive an email response with instructions regarding WILMS registration and accessing the PCA Portal. Username and Password SupportThe PCA Portal and other State of Wisconsin applications use the Wisconsin Logon Management System (WILMS) (exit DHS) for user authentication.
