This page provides access to archived publications prepared by the Department of Health Services based on data collected from Wisconsin hospitals and freestanding ambulatory surgery centers under Chapter 153, Wis. Stats. 

As of January 1, 2004, data collection activities for hospital inpatients, emergency department visits, ambulatory surgeries, and hospital facilities were transferred by a change in statute to the Wisconsin Hospital Association (WHA).
