CARES Maintenance and Enhancement

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Health Care Access and Accountability (DHCAA), is requesting Proposals from qualified vendors for the Maintenance and Enhancement of the Client Assistance for Re-Employment and Economic Support (CARES) System and the development, operation, maintenance and enhancement of an automated system to support the American Health Benefit Exchange (AHBE) in Wisconsin. Contracts are planned for an initial period of five (5) years, with provision, upon negotiation, for an additional three (3) potential one-year renewals.
