Project SEARCH Planning Grant

The Pathways to Independence project within the Wisconsin Department of Health Services is designing an initiative to expand the Project SEARCH model for transition age youth in Wisconsin. The Project SEARCH planning grant has been made available to increase competitive employment opportunities for transition age youth. Funds will be provided to develop a plan for the Project SEARCH model for transition age youth. Individual planning grant awards will not exceed $10,000 for the period of June 21, 2010 – December 31, 2010.
