The Wisconsin Department of Health Services/Division of Public Health announces the release of approximately $210,000 in funding through the Local Implementation of the Wisconsin Nutrition and Physical Activity State Plan Grant. The funding is provided through a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
