Family Planning, Reproductive/Sexual Health, and Early Intervention GrantRFP # G1675-DPHOne of the responsibilities of the Division of Public Health-Family Planning, Reproductive/Sexual Health, and Early Intervention Program, as part of the Division's public health assurance role, is to help maintain and support a statewide system of community-based clinic services for quality, accessible, affordable, and confidential care. Contraceptive, reproductive/sexual health, and early intervention care is available through these community-based clinics. These community-based clinics are available as a reproductive medical (health care) home for women choosing to receive their family planning and related reproductive/sexual primary health care in a specialty care setting. The Division of Public Health intends to use the results of this competitive process to award contracts to support and enhance community-based family planning and related reproductive/sexual health, and early intervention services (FP/RSH/EI) as part of a coordinated statewide system of services. Awards under this competitive grant application are intended to enhance the quality, comprehensiveness, patient-responsiveness, and cost-effectiveness of FP/RSH/EI services in community-based clinics. Agencies receiving awards under this competitive grant application will provide services under policies, guidelines, and priority practices established by the DPH-Family Planning/Reproductive Health and Early Intervention Program.
