Wisconsin Relay of Electronic Data (WIRED) for Health

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services and the Wisconsin Relay of Electronic Data (WIRED) for Health Board are seeking qualified health information organizations to apply for consideration to be designated as the permanent, state-level, private-public health information exchange governance entity. This entity will be responsible for governing the development and operation of Wisconsin’s statewide health information network and services. Applicants must currently be a Wisconsin non-profit corporation organized under Chapter 181 of the Wisconsin Statutes or have a plan for incorporation.

Applicants interested in responding to this announcement are required to submit a letter of intent to apply postmarked or emailed by July 19, 2010 before midnight CDT and a response to the RFA Questionnaire by 4:30 pm CDT on August 24, 2010.
