ESRD Forum
The Division of Quality Assurance, Bureau of Health Services, Acute Care
Compliance Section has developed a quarterly forum for End Stage Renal
Dialysis stakeholders. Stakeholders involved in the provision of regulated
services in ESRDs have an opportunity to gather in a collaborative effort to
discuss current issues in the regulated ESRD environment.
Forum topics may include interpretation of regulations, best practices,
quality improvement, statistics and trends, local and national issues,
Network issues, and public policy. Forums will be scheduled for a two-hour
period.

Adobe Connect Meeting
Adobe Connect Meeting Information:
ESRD Forums will be conducted utilizing Adobe Connect
software over the internet. Adobe Connect Meeting is a web conferencing
product that allows users to conduct live meetings and presentations over
the internet.
This information identifies required software you will need in order to
attend an Adobe Connect Meeting and a website to test your computer
equipment to make sure all technical requirements are met.
Required Software to Participate in an Adobe Connect Meeting:
Adobe Connect only requires that you have an internet connection, a web
browser, and Adobe Flash Player and an Adobe Connect plug-in. Adobe Connect
supports nearly any operating system including Windows, Macintosh, Linux and
Solaris, as well as the most widely used web browsers including Internet
Explorer, Firefox, and Safari.
Testing Computer Equipment to Participate in an Adobe Connect Meeting:
It is recommended that you test your computer prior to attending a
meeting. The Connection Test checks your computer to make sure all system
requirements are met.
Use the following link to run the Connection Test: https://connect.wisconsin.gov/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm
If you do not pass the Connection Test, perform the suggested actions and
run the test again.
If you are unable to access this link, your computer/network may have
certain ports blocked. Please work with your internal IT support staff to
correct this problem or you will not be able to access the meeting. DQA
staff will not be available to assist participants with connection problems.
Refer to the Participant
Quick Start Guide for additional information for attending an Adobe
Connect Meeting.
Additional information will be distributed prior to each
meeting, including the web link that will be used to join the meeting.
