received from the federal Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA)

Hospice Questions and Answers
BQA received the attached memorandum, ref. S&C
01-13, dated April
24, 2001, from the Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA), Survey and
Certification Group. The memo provides responses to frequently asked
questions submitted to HCFA from the Hospice Association of America.
Responses to questions from the NHPCO
The Bureau of Quality Assurance (BQA) received the attached
memorandum,
ref., S&C 01-18, dated May 3, 2001, from HCFA, Survey and
Certification Group. The memo provides answers to questions that HCFA
received from the NHPCO.
