Mandatory Reporting of Influenza-Associated Hospitalizations
The purpose of this memo is to introduce a Division of Public Health (DPH) memorandum which states "effective December 1, 2010 Influenza-associated hospitalizations to be reported within 72 hours of identification (Category 2) to local public health agencies".
Attached to this introductory memo you will find the DPH memorandum signed by Dr. Jeffrey Davis, Chief Medical Officer and State Epidemiologist for Communicable Diseases and Emergency Response, an informational document titled "Influenza-associated Hospitalizations" and a memo titled "Clarification for mandatory reporting of Influenza-associated Hospitalizations".
