Residential Care Review Section Regional Boundaries and
Assignments Effective January 21, 2007.
The Office of Quality Assurance's (OQA) Residential Care Review Section
is responsible for the survey activities for nursing homes and facilities
for persons who have developmental disabilities. In order to optimize the
use of OQA staff, there has been a shift of assignment for several OQA
professionals, and some regional adjustments involving three counties.
This will entail some providers working with a different OQA Regional
Office after January 21, 2007.
Summary of changes:
- Douglas County will now be in the Western Regional Office (shifted
from the Northern Regional Office).
- For Life Safety Code issues only: Jefferson and Walworth Counties
will now be in the Southern Regional Office (shifted from the
Southeastern Regional Office).
- Joanne Powell, Regional Field Operations Director, will be
transferring full time to the Northeastern Regional Office.
- Joe Bronner, Regional Field Operations Director for Western Regional
Office, will also be assuming the full-time duties of Regional Field
Operations Director for the Northern Regional Office.
- Jessica Radtke will be the new full time Regional Field Operations
Supervisor for the Northern Regional Office.
