Electronic Delivery of Clinical Lab Improvement Amendments (CLIA) Updates

The purpose of this memo is to inform you of a new process for receiving updates pertinent to CLIA certified laboratories. In meeting the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) goal in making information accessible to providers, CLIA laboratory updates will be added to DQA's listserv.

The CLIA program, one of the various sections in DQA, will now post pertinent updates to the DQA listserv. Archived updates are also accessible through this web-site.

CLIA updates posted to this web-site will include pertinent information about the State agency program as well as information from the Federal program which is administered through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

To access this web-site, you will need a valid e-mail address and Internet access.

3. Select the "DQA Publications" list.

4. Select the "Submit this Request" button

5. When information is posted to the selected list, you will receive an e-mail notification directing you to check the web-site for the newly posted materials.
