Personal Protective Equipment
The purpose of this memo is to introduce a Division of Public Health
process that provides guidance to nursing homes for accessing and ordering
personal protective equipment.
Attached to this introductory memo you will find the Guidelines for
Access to and Ordering of Personal Protective Equipment and the Pandemic
Influenza Medical Countermeasures Order Form.
