Alliance for Recovery Advocates (exit DHS) AFRA is a project of the UW Wisconsin Women's Education Network on Addiction, Recovery & Prevention (WWEN) funded by the Wisconsin Bureau of Prevention, Treatment and Recovery and affiliated with the Wisconsin Association on Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (WAAODA). AFRA includes the Bureau's former Consumer Initiative on Addiction and Recovery. AFRA is the grass-roots advocacy arm of WAAODA.
