Virtual PACE Data
DHS has shared several iterations of data exhibits with stakeholders
throughout the demonstration planning process. Numerous data exhibits
were contained in the appendices to the proposal submitted to the
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on

that would be passively enrolled in Virtual PACE is bellow:

DHS has used this base data to develop a
cost impact estimate model. This will require updates as program
details and enrollment estimates are refined. Version presented
to the Stakeholder Advisory Committee in September 2012:

Changing population definitions and data exhibits:
- Revisions to the long stay nursing home population definition
and its impact on member months included in the base data:
- The above described change in the population definitions resulted in the following revised data exhibits:
- The next change was the inclusion of additional member months
related to individuals who elected their hospice benefits. The additional member months are included in the
most current version of the data

Snapshot - Dual Eligible Members in December 2010 (PDF,
110 KB) High-level overview of the dual eligible populations
previously reviewed for inclusion the Virtual PACE demonstration program
produced prior to the decision to focus on long-term nursing home
residents. This data is
not, by itself, sufficient to reach any program design or cost
projection conclusions.
