This list shows the fees reported in May of 2014 in the 72 county offices in the state.  Fees are subject to change.  Always check with the appropriate County Clerk about the current fees in a particular county.

    This chart shows time in both regular (12-hour, AM PM) and 24-hour military time.  When possible, military time (24-hour clock) should be used when entering times on vital records.
