The Wisconsin School for the Deaf (WSD) is a public residential school for students, aged 3-21, who are deaf, from all across the state.

Was on Display:

Floor 6, Floor 1 Display Cabinet

"The Wisconsin School for the Deaf is the only such residential school in the state of Wisconsin and is under the Department of Public Instruction. The school utilizes a bi-lingual & bi-cultural philosophy of written English and American Sign Language. Much of our student's art work reflects both their sign language and culture."
