Pending Awards - Award Management

Pending Awards

In this step of the Contract Life Cycle, the recommendation to award is approved, the chosen Vendor is given a Notification of Intent to Contract for services or a Notice of Award for commodities, roles are assigned, schedules are developed, and the contract negotiations begin. The intended outcome of this phase is a contract that will become executable, remains true to the original scope, and contains the elements necessary for a successful engagement.

By this point, the solicitation has been closed and the Department of Health Services (DHS) staff are conducting a pre-award administrative review so that a decision can be made that is fair and equitable.

Return to Contract Life Cycle Model.
